I choose Obama Health care plan for my social issue. I choose it beacuse I think there should be some changes in it. Another reason it affects all of us in some way. We will also be losing some of our freedom.

One of the reason it should be changed. I don't think it right the government will be running our healthcare. They will start to gain to much power. We will start to lose our freedom that we are suppose to have in America. The taxes will also start to rise even more. ALso our health care quality may go down. We all want our healthcare to be the best , because we are talking about our lives here.

It affects all of our lives not just mine. There will be lots of changes if this goes through, some for the good, but also for the bad.There is a lot we need to think about before this all goes through.

Theme Song

I would have two theme songs. They would occur at different times. Both of the songs that I have choosen for my theme song are about having a good time in life. The first song is MAn I Feel Like a Woman" by Shania Twain. The second song would be "Girls just want to have fun" by Cyndi Lauper.

I choose "Man I Feel Like a Woman" because its about having a good time without having any worries. There just sometimes were you just need to let go and have a good time and forget about all your worries and just go totally crazy with your girls.

I also choose "Girls just want to have fun" because I love to go out with my girls and have a fun time. Sometimes you need to let go of all the serious stuff and just go have fun for the day.

In the reading i decided to do, I was not unclear of anything. The reading I did was chapter 3 in the book "Writting with Confidence". The reasons why i was not unclear after reading it is everything is broken down so nicely in different sections. It also helped by having many different examples on each subject they were talking about. They also had questions so you can test your self if u know it or understand it or not.
If I don't understand something in the material im reading I will read it over, that works most of the time. It also helps by going over the bold words. I also try to get those done or study for test. Another thing I may do is do the questions or excercises that go with the reading. It always helps me by testing myself to find out what i do know and what i don't know , so you can study harder on the stuff your not clear on.
I have problems studying when there is dectractions. The way i try to keep dectractions away is by making sure my cell phone is on silent and the tv's are shut off where im studyin at. Another thing that makes hard for me to study is when im very confortable because then i start to doze off or day dream. It also is hard for me to study when there is nothing i can go by or study off of. The way i study best is when i get quized from someone after studying the material.

What I have read the past year

Well this past year I have read variety of books in my English class my senior year. I don't recall the names though. Otherwise I don't read that much, but while i was in Aruba for vacation this winter I started the book "Twilight" and finished it that week. I'm now reading the book "New Moon", the second Twilight book.
I didn't really didn't get interested in the books we read in English class. I really enjoy the Twilight books. There the type of books you start reading and then you can't stop reading,because you always want to know whats going to happen next. I enjoy the books that catch your eye by wanting to know whats going to happen next, they keep you interested .
I decided to read the "twilight" book because I saw the movie in the theater and I really enjoyed it. Then one of my friends told me the book was even better, so i decided to start it on my way to Aruba. Then I decided to start the "New Moon" this summer.
